Actually, I find Amazon takes longer than anyone else to ship me stuff, because I refuse to pay for their Prime service. I'm happy to shop from other places and just wait a bit. I've worked a lifetime in public service and trust me, people were entitled and nasty before COVID. My sympathy goes out to anyone working customer service/retail/food service currently.
