Are you happy with listening? Do you think it helps you learn? Personally, the older I get, the smarter and better I find it is to just not talk.

In a way I like working with this Boomer volunteer who talks about her life a lot, it means I don't have to talk about mine. But it really was noticeable, how much she does not ask many questions of others.
