Awful. This is so unfair.

…t was ok. Though 90% of the tenants were college and graduate students, I didn’t feel that elderly. After a few years, though, the family that had owned the complex sold it to a housing corporation, and the rent shot up. I foresaw this would be a trend (it was) and began searching for my next home.
