E.R., I am sorry about the barrel you are looking down. I sympathize more than you know. I grew up on a farm where we only had "disaster insurance"--so when I got UTIs I had to wait until there was blood in my pee before my parents would deem it necessary to see and pay a doctor. I hate healthcare, insurance co's, and rich clueless people a lot.

All the same, the waste of this whole situation makes me so sad. The thought of anyone--much less a 26-year-old--in jail makes me physically ill.

Something has to change. But I don't believe this is what's going to do it.
