Every year my health insurance company--which I am just really lucky to have--offers a $150 "rebate" if you dance through some of their wellness hoops and activities. After it took me several hours to fulfill their requirements, and then another chunk of time to contact them when I had fulfilled the terms and yet still they hadn't sent the rebate--I thought, geez, what I'll do to make $150 lousy bucks. Pathetic.

No washer and dryer, trying to comparison shop, trying to use coupons, trying to balance how much more mileage you can get out of your car by only paying for necessary repairs, figuring out where the cheapest prescriptions are, going to multiple garage sales to put together enough school clothing, it's endless.
