Good information; thank you. I think one of the places we looked at said residents averaged about two years (at that facility), so that's kind of a timeline that was in the back of our minds.

On the other hand, we know people have been at her current facility, not even assisted living but full-on memory care, for several years.

As noted, I think that's the average now. But Boomers are healthier and more interested in living longer than any generation has ever been (in my opinion). I think we're going to see that average number of years in assisted living number go up.
