I think there is some misunderstandings everywhere with the current Pope's stance on many issues. I don't know if that is because the Vatican is not very good at communications, or because we get papal news filtered through media and our church apparatus, which has varying degrees of how much it agrees with the Pope. If that makes any sense. We don't hear anything about the Pope or his stance on anything in church or religious education. That's a failing, in my opinion.
