I actually don't know much about her but you have to figure nobody is performing at the top of their game, mentally or physically, in the 80s and beyond. You can be doing well--but with lots of younger, smart people around, sometimes you need to train the next generation. I don't think the Boomers care about training or helping anyone younger.
