I agree with you that there are many methods whereby the rich build their towers ever higher.

But I really dislike the sales job of getting everyone to think these are accepted truths--EVERYONE knows and fears the "death tax," even though it applies to hardly anyone. Sales slogans with very little connection to reality make me tetchy.
