I am sure you know more about the definitions of capitalism and corporations than I do. (Give me time--I'm reading "Seventeen Contradictions and the End of Capitalism," by David Harvey, which seems to cover a lot of the basics.)

But from where I'm standing in capitalism, corporations drive most of my daily experiences. It seems to me like free-market capitalism brought us to corporatism, and here we are.

Is that not the case?
