I can't disagree with you that all of our futures have been sold for profit.

But that's the point at which I really give up--not only do I believe there's not much I can affect with my own diet--I really don't think there's anything I can do about the chemicals and microplastics being used and showing up in my environment and my food.

I would still guess that the parts of the world where dementia is non-existent tend to have life expectancy spans of 60-70 years or so (and I think a lot of dementias develop in people older than that)--but I don't know if that is really true.
