I don't know how much money it's going to take to buy any type of care by the time I get there, and it worries me.

But I've already written a letter to my kids that I don't expect them to visit or keep a very close eye on my health--if I suffer from dementia, I think I'll want to get an infection or sickness and hope it is overlooked until it runs its course.
