I don't look at my spouse's phone or computer and have also been told I'm foolish for not doing that. But honestly, by time I'm done with whatever texts or emails or computer work I'm doing--I do not have the strength to eyeball his!! I really do want my kids to have some privacy--and impress upon them that THEY are in charge of what they write into the ether, and need to be thinking carefully about every single thing they text, send, etc.

Thank you so much for this comment. I too think social media has not been a healthy place for pre-teens and teens to develop (at least, the way it's done currently).
