I grew up on a farm with people who basically worked 24/7, so respect for teachers was not real high in my household (it was seen as an "easier" job). Now? I don't know how they are finding ANYBODY to work in the schools. And the school I am describing is in an area recognized as very safe. Still. I hear what the teachers and paraeducators and staff deal with, and I couldn't do it in a million years. Thank you for doing this work.
