I have now watched caregivers extensively at Mom's facility and there is nothing easy or simple about what they do. They definitely deserve to be paid much more. I'm so sorry that when everything got commodified it went right to the stage of commodification where the top admin had to make obscene amounts of money at the expense of everyone else.
