I honestly don't know even what to suggest that my children do. They are emphatically not interested in becoming doctors, and actually that's the only field where I see anyone making any money or having any kind of job security. I'm worried.

I am so thankful for our house. I can't imagine owing a landlord what so many people do now--every month.
