I said a good college SHOULD give you better critical thinking skills, not that it does.

We should actually start teaching that much earlier, but I am witnessing my kids going through elementary and middle school, and they are still yoked into the same old model of "jump through the hoops and get a mid-level admin" job bullshit that I went through.

Mainly I'm just mad because I finally clawed my way into the non-farm middle class and I really wanted my children to just be able to enjoy LEARNING. It's not happening though, not the way this country and its schools are set up.
