I said to my husband when the "news" of what Trump (doesn't) pay in taxes broke: I'm sorry, do people not know how rich people operate? Do any rich people actually pay taxes? Do we not fucking know yet that Amazon (and therefore, Jeff Bezos) made $10 billion in 2018 and also managed not only to not pay taxes, but to get a REBATE of $129 million?
