I sincerely wish you the best of luck with your spouse and the medication debates. I make up my spouse's extensive pill box, but luckily we are not old so I don't have to deal with memory issues yet--but it's an area where you definitely don't need to have battles.

That's the thing about introversion--it doesn't go away even among your closest loved ones. Part of my depression is that the kids are around and my spouse works at home, as do I, and I never, ever get to be alone. During the pandemic it was okay because I didn't have the school/activities component. But now it's a bit much.

I relate 100% to needing the Xanax. I hope today is calmer. Thank you for reading.
