I think it's pretty evident now that Boeing's board of directors didn't contribute anything except cost-cutting measures, whistleblower intimidation, and other various methods of corruption.

I agree with your comment completely and that's what makes most boards so gross. All the money, power, none of the responsibility. GROSS.
