I think most policy just follows the money these days, and that is emphatically not right.

It's a great book, Kim, if you read it I hope it's a good read for you. Alexander is one of my favorite authors--very good at showing "the big picture" through individual stories--his business/history book "Glass House" is also a must-read, in my opinion.
