For what it's worth I don't think my mom is unhappy with the facility. It's important to look around and find one that feels "right" to you--regardless of what the ratings are. She often tells us the "girls who help me here" are very kind and hardworking. We have been so impressed by how many wonderful caregivers there are out there.
