I wonder how long it would take.

I grew up eating only healthy foods and very little store-bought. Only went out to eat about five times before I was 18.

But now I have the palate of a 5-year-old with a sweet tooth. I honestly would be happy eating only junk for the rest of my life. I really don't care if I never see another fruit or vegetable, and I don't care about longevity, so healthy eating just seems like a chore. Seems weird that my palate was trained hard-core for 18 years and once I hit college--all I wanted to eat was Smores Pop Tarts and coffee. That's still all I want to eat. I think I could eat that for a year and I'd still be happy. I'd have to take fiber supplements, but other than that...
