I would LOVE to eavesdrop on the conversations you're having with your spouse. Hearing about someone else's dysfunctional work teams would be...well, relaxing is the wrong word, but...Proof of solidarity or something.
I think a lot of companies milk a lot of money out of other companies wielding these tests--but I'm definitely not sold on how accurate or useful they are. Particularly when they're linked to employment. What's the old saying? "I will no longer deceive, delude, or punish myself. Unless, of course, I want to stay employed."
