I'd extend this to the top 20%, personally, but yeah, definitely tax that top 10%. Start there.

If we’re not being sabotaged by conservative think tanks and dark money groups funded by the likes of the Koch brothers, then we’re being abused and gaslit by the top 10 percent of Americans, who align themselves with the super rich politically and then go about voting against everyone’s best interests in elections, then blaming us for the fallout.
