It does make sense.

In the middle of writing at Medium I'm also experiencing a larger existential crisis. I'm a book person, and I've got kids. And I can see all kids, even when they sometimes still read books--do not consume books the way some people used to. All that time we take on social media--it takes away the time we can give to actual books. Makes me sad because as a writer and former librarian--books were really the one constant and comfort and main belief system in my life.
