It is beyond frustrating. The last time I heard this my gynecologist basically scoffed at the idea of me being in perimenopause when I was in my mid- to late-forties and had only one ovary. I'm like, I'm pretty sure this is the right time frame for perimenopause. But what do I know, I'm just a dumb non-doctor woman.
