It's not just Millennials. I feel that increasingly people are just being ground down, with higher expectations for taking care of both elderly relatives who are living longer, and kids who society demands be in multiple, very time-consuming activities.

I hope not to be a burden and have tried to express this to my kids. But if there's one thing I've seen--all the best-laid plans in the world sometimes don't make any difference.
