It's not really a good way to meditate, but I have found I simply have to keep repeating "don't think" to my brain when I go to bed. I literally have to repeat it about a hundred times...say it, brain wanders off in thought, repeat it, brain wanders off, repeat repeat repeat. It actually has been working to get me to a little better sleep. I wish you good luck!
