It's really hard, because people are keeping so many plates spinning these days, it's all most people can do to take care of their jobs, their kids, their parents, everything...and some of this stuff is really BORING. By design. But it's also amazing how much you can pick up by doing just a little extra reading. We really should encourage people to do that, and work at ways to help one another carve out a little more free time to read, learn, and ask.
