I've have lots of conversations with people in these types of jobs where clearly they are also not using their brains. Many of them have been "curriculum experts" in my local school district.

Actually if curriculum experts combined the "brain work" of making curriculum with the "hand/practical work" of once a week working as a paraeducator in their districts, I'd take them a lot more seriously.
