Many people are able to talk a long time, that's for sure. I'm on my kid's school's PTO and trust me--the female leaders on that can make a meeting that didn't need to be so long, REALLY long. Just by circling the same topics.

We probably could all learn to be a bit less extreme in our personal communications. There's a place for quiet; there's a place for talking. The trick is finding the right balance...
