Most people don't know how to count or do most basic math. It's a problem.

Like honchos everywhere, the Democratic Party can't be bothered to count because they are consumed only with thoughts of how to keep themselves and their buddy honchos within grabbing distance of the money and the accolades (which some of them love as much as money, I think. Maybe.)
