Nobody ever wants to put their family there. Really.

But sometimes there really is no choice.

Why I find unbelievable still is how caring and wonderfu many of the workers are. My family is lucky currently. In a weird way interacting with my mother's caregivers has given me the most hope for humanity I've ever had.

They definitely need to be paid more. The care is already not cheap but we try to supplement with gifts to the staff association so they can sometimes get treats for all staff members. It's not enough but we try.
