Oh, Anthony. What is the history of AI? Who first created it/envisioned it/set up its training? That had to be tech bros, didn't it?
Even "training by raw data" is not as pure as it sounds. If it is, why is there so much racial bias in facial recognition? And other biases baked in to algorithms of all sorts? Who feeds it the data? Who decides what "raw data" is facilitated and created? Even the fact that some data is collected and some is not is problematic.
I guess the problem with AI is still that it was initially created by humans. My dislike is not dislike of machines. It's mistrust of humans.
