Oh, SD, you are so kind and have been such a supportive writing and reading friend. Personally I think Medium should be throwing money at you as editor of Woodworkers of the World Unite! too!!

Me leaving Medium will be like anything else--I actually don't make any money here because my writing isn't unique enough and I don't find most money-making topics interesting to read or write about--but it's been a fun not-expensive habit.

But it's almost like a bad relationship--if Medium leadership is going to keep demonstrating that good editing is not worth any money--then I, who have worked in editing, don't need to continue being devalued by their attitude.
