One of the worst parts to me, Kerri, is that a lot of the people in the top 20% don't know/think they are being cruel. A lot of them make all the right noises, but do not even realize how their choices and keeping everything shiny and perfect for their well-off kids is affecting all the rest of us, forced into this role of trying to keep up with them. They are utterly clueless more so than even cruel.

So sorry to hear the properties are being bought right out from everybody in your town by the local wealthies too. It makes the whole "community" worse.
