Roz,
So glad I'm not the only one relying on the phrase "that's not good" in conjunction with the state of the world and all its mundane and major fuck-ups. When we're feeling whimsical around here, instead of "that's not good," we'll also use "woops a doodle." It gives everything a more piquant absurdist flavor.
So glad you are enjoying "Bingeworthy British Television" and I'm totes sorry that I kind of ignored "Merlin," although it's a wonderful show. I watched "Robin Hood" first and it kind of took up a lot of my "British TV set in medieval times" real estate. But if I ever update the book I'll be punch up "Merlin" coverage. Love Colin Morgan; thought he also did a great job holding his own opposite Gillian Anderson in "The Fall."
Thanks for reading and the comment!
