Sadly I feel by the time the top quarter learns that resources are finite and that by buying their child every last thing, they hurt other children and society in ways that will come back to bite them in the ass--this is going to be one horrifying place to live. Moneyed people are traditionally not great at opening their eyes to the reality unfolding near their gated communities. After a while there won't be a gate high enough or strong enough to save them.
