The E/I scale is part of what makes me chuckle about the Myers Briggs. In college I actually registered as Extroverted, which was vaguely accurate, in that I went out more, but also inaccurate, in that I have always been quite happy on my own.

Limiting is a perfect word for them, and for what they do. As testing and AI drives more hiring decisions, all our workplaces are going to get way less diverse and interesting.
