The docs, while being very nice and very necessary, will in fact make you crazy!

We must be raising the same kids...my eldest didn't say a word until two and my doctor was bugging me to go to a speech therapist--the day before we were meant to go he came out with a (short) but complete sentence. It was hilarious. Now, much like yours, we can't get him to STOP talking! :)

I'm not saying watching and waiting always works. But it works at least some of the time! And yay small packages!

(My other favorite story about my doc is how she broke it to us gently that our eldest will probably be short. My husband and I are both short, so I told her our basic understanding of genetics had already told us our kids were going to be short and it was just fine.)
