The problem with human institutions is they are run by humans. :)

You are right about the Eucharist. When I go looking for another church or religious practice I can't find what I need. I don't need the community as such. It used to be enough to go and sit quietly with others for a while and also sit with Jesus, I don't need greeters or Bible groups or separate men's or women's groups to "talk about my faith practices" or any of the other nonsense they seem to be offering now. Maybe I am just more easily distracted now.
