There are simply not enough nurses around to provide the around-the-clock care my mom now requires, and she will only need more help as we move forward with mobility, feeding, etc.

At the Memory Care level, people are not really even capable of choosing between menu options, although the place she is in largely offers good food and we take her snacks or a meal of things we know she enjoys every time we visit.
