This article touched me deeply because my family and I sold at the farm market, so at a young age I saw other very young kids from Hmong families growing and selling veggies with their families, and being their translators. They were great kids.

I think there's always been more kids around like this than we know, and I'm sure there's a lot now.

Not a happy answer. I tried to join our school PTO, thinking maybe there would be a way to provide support or info for families, but it turned out to be all about selling school t-shirts.
