This is never going to happen (willingly). When given the choice, people in my area want bigger schools and school districts, never smaller. And that's just schools. People want big schools and big stores and big churches and big health care and economies of scale and anything that enables them to buy stuff cheap and travel to other poor countries where they can live large for their vacations.

Never say never but I just don't see it.
