Totally. Sometimes they don't even mean to be rough, they're just bigger and not working out the physics of big kid tackling small kid. Still. I don't really need any impromptu visits to the ER.

I often wish I was the kind of mother who could just let my kids roam at will around the neighborhood (as this little boy did, clearly with his parents' okay), but as an introvert and a worrier it's just not gonna happen. My kids are normally in the public school, and they can do all their socialization stuff there where I don't have to watch, I figure.
