We are really lucky in so many ways. People argue a lot about money, but our parents really planned for this eventuality so Mom's care is covered. I can't imagine the stress if you have family financial constraints as well.

I've become an obit reader for whatever reason, and if I can see in the "code"--slipped away peacefully at home or things like that--that someone has had an easier and faster demise, I am always happy for that person.
