We tried. But it was too hard to schedule everyone around kids' needs, our own health concerns, etc., and my brother sleeping overnight in her house wasn't getting any kind of rest. I couldn't believe how challenging it was. I know a lot of spouses and other family members out there are doing it alone and that absolutely breaks my heart for everyone involved.
