When I get on Zoom I can't click to shut off audio and video fast enough!!

I had no idea it was such a NY thing. My background is rural Midwest; maybe my family were outliers in how much we could talk. Even as my mother progresses through her dementia she remains remarkably verbal and has retained her vocabularly in a way many other dementia sufferers we've seen have not.
