When I wasn't teaching students how to use the library or actively shelving books, way back when I was a librarian, I also did nothing (hence: a lot of meetings). I couldn't stand it and quit, which was a really dumb money move.

I came from the farm and have zero desire to live off grid or raise my own food. I was kind of looking for a happy medium--but this is not a "happy medium" kind of world.
